At this interval in time we will do some very gentle stretching, allowing us to integrate with the surroundings as we are encompassed by botanical essences in the atmos. We will focus on our breath, guided by a few different techniques to feel the prana more vividly. I will offer some sounds from the resonance and frequencies of my ancient Tibetan bowl. As always I use the chakras as a visual guide in alignment of the body systems and the Souls journey. Each week I will myst the air with a select blend, one to use for visualization and intuitive guidance.
This Summer Series will feature a Totem myst for each session. An eclectic mix!

It is best to have a clear olfactory palette when coming to experience scents. I ask those who visit and especially those who attend classes to refrain from applying anything with a fragrance such as hair products, lotions and especially synthetic perfumes & fragrances.
My shoppe & my home are totally free of any synthetic fragrances. It’s how I live.
